Do as shown

Step 1:  Roll a hard paper as shown to make a cylinder.

Step 2: Fold it in the middle

Step 3:  then staple it with a stapler and pin. After making 4-5 such cylinders, join them and add a stem and color to make it feel like a flower as shown in the figure below.
